The Role

We are looking for driven, self-motivated Independent Sales Agents to join our global sales force on a commission-only basis. This is a high-earning opportunity for sales professionals who understand B2B SaaS, trade/logistics, or both.

You do not need to find your own leads. Quant Global provides pre-selected leads directly to you — complete with company profiles and recommended engagement points. Your job starts when the lead lands in your inbox.

Your Sales Workflow

    Receive qualified leads

    Pre-researched leads are delivered to you regularly.

  2. 2

    Reach out & engage

    Make first contact via email, LinkedIn, or phone using the lead intelligence provided. Personalise your outreach based on the prospect's specific profile.

  3. 3

    Conduct product demos

    Present TARIXO.AI's capabilities via video call, showing how it solves the prospect's specific compliance pain points.

  4. 4

    Manage the sales cycle

    From first outreach to signed contract, including follow-ups, objection handling, and negotiation.

  5. 5

    Close deals

    Convert prospects into paying subscribers on Starter, Professional, or Enterprise plans. You will have additional assistance from Quant Global for closing Enterprise deals.

  6. 6

    Build relationships

    Develop trust with decision-makers (COOs, compliance managers, logistics directors, business owners) and become their go-to advisor for trade compliance technology.

    Provide market intelligence

    Share customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends with the team.

Compensation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experiencein sales and marketing (B2B SaaS, trade/logistics, or technology sales preferred)

  • Proven track recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Multilingual (English, Arabic, Spanish, German, French, Mandarin are valuable)
